The full-day float trip is what made the White River the premier fishing vacation destination. After a half day of fishing,….. It is lunch time.  A regular sandwich lunch comes is included in the trip price, but for $20 a head the guide docks on a clean gravel bar to start cooking some of your morning catch with all the trimmings. He will fry the trout, cook baked beans and fry french fries with onions, and provide drinks and dessert. After lunch, your guide will take you back on the water to start the second half you your float down the White River. When asked what brings them back again and again, all of our clients say, "the large boats, the cook out, and the friendly service. Don't change a thing!" This trip makes the White River the closest thing to a Canada trip as you can get, but it's closer and less expensive. The fishing is great, and floating provides a great opportunity see lots of Arkansas scenery and wildlife. We often see eagles, deer, beavers, muskrats, mink and too many bird species to mention.
